What we provide

ScaleStatic provides access to a library of ad frameworks and Figma templates for use in digital marketing. Access is provided on a subscription basis.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others. One subscription is for one user only.

Payment and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in US dollars. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice. You are responsible for any applicable local taxes.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate access to all assets, we do not offer refunds.

How you can use our content

Your subscription gives you a licence to use our frameworks for your own projects and for client work. You may not resell, redistribute or share our frameworks outside of your organisation.

Intellectual property

All frameworks, designs and content on ScaleStatic remain our intellectual property. Your subscription gives you a licence to use them, not ownership.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results from using our frameworks. Results depend on many factors outside our control including your product, targeting and budget.

Changes to the service

We reserve the right to update or change our service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Users located in other jurisdictions acknowledge that they are voluntarily accessing our service and agree that local laws do not override these terms except where required by applicable law.
